Annual ranking recognizes excellence in multiple categories in the business of buying and selling homes, based on data from millions of real estate transactions across the country

The annual program recognizes the talent and successes of top-performing residential real estate agents at both the local and national levels.
Top ProducerReal estate agents earn this achievement when they rank in the top 5% of agents in their area based on total sales volume.

Sells Homes FastReal estate agents earn this achievement when they sell their clients’ homes faster than the average days on market. It is granted to the top 5% of agents in the area based on average days on market for seller side transactions. |
Top NegotiatorReal estate agents earn this achievement when they make their clients more money on home sales and/or save their clients more money on home purchases. It is granted to the top 5% of agents in the area based on sale-to-list ratio for buyer and seller side transactions. |
Winners were selected based on the same verified real estate transaction data that HomeLight uses to match home buyers and sellers with top-performing real estate agents. The program recognizes agents in three categories: Top Producer, Sells Homes Fast, and Top Negotiator.
